Welcome to the Wisconsin Nursing Home Rate Setting website (WINHRS), operated by Myers and Stauffer, LC. Myers and Stauffer has been contracted by the Department of Health Services (DHS) to support Medicaid rate setting processes for nursing home providers. This website serves as a portal to transfer Medicaid Nursing Facility Cost Reports and supporting documentation from providers to Wisconsin DHS staff.

To register, please email the WINHRS help desk at WINHRSHelpDesk@mslc.com to request a user access form. Registration and log in information will only be granted to those approved by providers and by Wisconsin DHS staff. Questions can be emailed to the WINHRS help desk or you may call the help desk at (800) 763-2278.

Medicaid Cost Reports are considered public information. Submitted Cost Reports can be publicly accessed at the following link: https://myersandstauffer.com/client-portal/wisconsin/.
